Maggie Hartmann (LMSW, CAADC & EMDR)
Maggie began her career in a substance abuse inpatient facility that dually specialized in addressing trauma and PTSD propelling her work in this direction. As a clinical social worker her role as a family crisis interventionist and therapist was to help stabilize and support the often chaotic experiences clients and their family members can have amid severe substance addictions, complex trauma(s), and co-occurring mental health disorders - frequently spanning back family generations.
Through her intimate work with clients and their families, she witnessed their amazing strength(s) and resilience. Her continuing outpatient therapeutic roles fueled her continuing passion to serve clients experiencing mental health and substance use concerns, often rooted in early family trauma(s) that continue to manifest and impact their lives in the present.
Maggie has continued to allow this passion to evolve and guide the focus of her work as she welcomes new clients.
